Promise's grandsire, Showdown excels in general appearance and depth of body. His Dam, CH Iron Rod JSN Shocolate LA VEEE 90 is a daughter of 2014 ADGA National Champion, CH Iron Rod STB Shelby FS EEEE 92. His sire, Hoach's Revolution not only has beautiful daughters of his own merit, but his beautiful dam, CH Hoach's Rose Reflection topped her class at Nationals as a yearling. Revolution's sire, Willow-Run LA Armand, sired 4x National GCH, Willow-Run Armand Rishona, EX 92 EEEE. Armand also had many other notable champion offspring, including Junior National Champions and Reserve Senior Champions too. That enabled him to be multiple time National Premiere Sire. Armand’s Dam, Maple Glen Classic’s Angela was 92 EEEE, and 1996 & 1997 ADGA National Champion. Armand’s sire, Hoach’s Lyric Landmark was out of GCH Hoach's SRS Lyric, who's dam is the notable 1994 ADGA National Champion and 1992 Reserve ADGA National Champion, GCH Hoach’s QAGG Goldenlark! Promise's grandDam, Phoebe LAed 90 VEVE with a rear Udder height of 40 as an 8-year-old!!! Phoebe's sire, Windrush Farms IRS Ronny, is the full brother to Windrush Farms IRS Emily, who is the dam of CH Windrush Farms Blizz Mischief the 2016 Reserve National Champion. Ronny’s sire, Iron-Rod ET Sherriff, was 2011 National premier sire. The dam's side of the pedigree doesn't stop there with all the beautiful animals but keeps going. Windrush Farms IRS Emily, is the dam of CH Windrush Farms Blizz Mischief the 2016 Reserve National Champion. Emily’s sire, Iron-Rod ET Sherriff, was 2011 National premier sire. Maelestrom’s Sire, *B PJ-Bailey’ Charmers’ Angus was out of 2*M GCH PJ-Baileys' Sulten Anzella who placed 2nd pl/3rd udder 5-6 yr old at the 2011 National Show. GCH Anzella’s sire, SGCH +*B IR-Ranch NCS Sulten, finished as a 3 yr old and LAed 8-03 90 VEE. Angus sire, ++*B GCH Windrush Farms IRS Charmer, 2 time National Premier Sire. Charmer’s daughters are big milky does with beautiful mammary systems.
Promise's Sire's Dam, Fascination is a daughter of USDA Elite sire, Pleasant Grove RR All Star Jam and granddaughter of 2-time National Premier Sire and USDA Elite Sire, SGCH Marran Rose's Rochester. Fascination’s dam is CH Pleasant Grove Machine Fixed EX91, who was 3rd/3rd udder at the National Show as both a 3 year old and 5 year old. That makes Fascination a maternal sister to USDA Elite Sire and 2021 National Premier Sire Pleasant Grove RR Freeze Frame.
Promise Sire's sire, Azumi is the son of GCH Arugula, the dam of the ADGA National Champion/Best Udder, was also a strong milker with three 3000+ lactations. GCH Arugula also won Best Udder in Show three times at the Minnesota State Fair as well as having won two udder placings at the National Show (1st Yearling, 3rd 3-yr old). The National show placings keep on going! GCH Arugula’s dam, GCH Kara Kahl Sauvignon Aware was one of our most accomplished does in the show ring, winning Best in Show at least 6 times over her career, and placing 3rd in the aged doe class at the 2012 National Show.
Azumi's full genetic sister, GCH Akebono, who was the 2021 ADGA National Champion and his sire was the 2021 ADGA National Premier Sire who sired the 2021 Jr. ADGA National Champion. Now let’s take a closer look at Akimoto’s Dam, GCH Akebono the 2021 ADGA National Champion and Best Udder. A month later she appraised 94 EEEE, joining only two other Alpines to score that high. She has also won the Highest Lifetime Production at the 2001 Minnesota State Fair, at over 17,000 lbs. to date. She ended her year just 30 lbs. shy of 4000 lbs. At the 2024 National Show Age doe, she earned Top Butterfat while placing 3rd in her class with 2nd place Udder as an aged doe.
